Rules for using Sorry.place and its relationship-repair guidance.
1. The service
Sorry.place is a self-guided relationship-repair tool providing structured reflection and communication guidance. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis counseling, mediation, or a substitute for a qualified professional.
2. Use and responsibility
You decide whether, when, and how to act on any guidance. No result is guaranteed, including reconciliation, forgiveness, a reply, restored trust, or continuation of a relationship.
3. Boundaries and prohibited use
Do not use the service to harass, threaten, stalk, manipulate, impersonate, evade a block, violate a no-contact request or order, or pressure another person to respond. A request for space or no contact must be respected.
4. Safety
Sorry.place is not an emergency service and is not designed for immediate danger, violence, abuse, self-harm, threats, or other high-risk situations. Use appropriate emergency or professional resources when safety is at risk.
5. Your content
You are responsible for what you enter and for having the right to use it. Do not enter information you are not authorized to disclose. Current V1 assessment content remains in the browser session and is not submitted to a Sorry.place AI backend.
6. Intellectual property
Sorry.place branding, design, software, frameworks, and original content remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. You receive only a personal, limited right to use the service.
7. Third-party resources
The service may load embedded media, libraries, or infrastructure from third parties. Sorry.place is not responsible for third-party systems, availability, or independent practices.
8. Availability and changes
Features may be improved, changed, suspended, or discontinued. These Terms may also be updated; the effective date will change when material revisions are made.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Sorry.place and FiXer Vision disclaim warranties not required by law and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Nevada law, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Your use is also subject to the Privacy Notice and Safety Notice.

Sorry.place es una herramienta autoguiada de reparación de relaciones que ofrece reflexión estructurada y orientación práctica para la comunicación. No es terapia, atención médica, asesoría legal, ayuda de crisis, mediación ni un sustituto de un profesional cualificado.
2. Uso y responsabilidad
Tú decides si, cuándo y cómo actuar según la orientación. No se garantiza ningún resultado, incluida reconciliación, perdón, respuesta, recuperación de confianza o continuidad de la relación.
3. Límites y uso prohibido
No uses el servicio para acosar, amenazar, vigilar, manipular, suplantar identidad, evitar un bloqueo, violar una solicitud u orden de no contacto, ni presionar a otra persona para responder. Debe respetarse una solicitud de espacio o de no contacto.
4. Seguridad
Sorry.place no es un servicio de emergencia y no está diseñado para peligro inmediato, violencia, abuso, autolesión, amenazas u otras situaciones de alto riesgo. Usa servicios de emergencia o apoyo profesional apropiado cuando exista un riesgo de seguridad.
5. Tu contenido
Eres responsable de lo que introduces y de tener derecho a usarlo. No introduzcas información que no estés autorizado a revelar. En la V1 actual, el contenido de la evaluación permanece en la sesión del navegador y no se envía a un backend de IA de Sorry.place.
6. Propiedad intelectual
La marca, diseño, software, marcos y contenido original de Sorry.place siguen siendo propiedad de sus respectivos titulares y están protegidos por la ley aplicable. Solo recibes un derecho personal y limitado de uso.
7. Recursos de terceros
El servicio puede cargar medios, bibliotecas o infraestructura de terceros. Sorry.place no es responsable de sus sistemas, disponibilidad o prácticas independientes.
8. Disponibilidad y cambios
